  • Assist with processing loan/leasing documents
  • Opening/Sorting/Delivering Mail
  • Other misc. tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous Reception or Administrative Assistant experience is required- Must have experience answering a multi-line phone system
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office is required
  • Background check is required

Pay: $14/Hour

River Valley Capital Corporation is experiencing steady growth and is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will responsible for the following duties:

  • Generating loan documents
  • Follow up calls to customer to obtain any missing information needed
  • Provide transaction summaries to our Accounting Department for both internal and external deals
  • Generating monthly sales reports
  • Back up assistance with processing credit applications
  • Assist Receptionist with answering phones when needed
  • Assist with collection issues

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize your work
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Able to learn new software/programs with ease
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience with loans or background in finance is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
